The villa has been thoughtfully renovated into three interconnecting apartments, making it perfect for multiple-family getaways or large groups. This setup ensures privacy when needed while offering full access to all areas and plenty of communal spaces for everyone to enjoy together.

Enjoy full access to the entire villa and its adjacent studio apartment, offering a total of 9 spacious bedrooms, each with a private or en-suite bathroom. Take advantage of 4 bright & spacious living areas, 4 fully equipped kitchens, 2 large balconies, and 3 ground-floor terraces, each with a barbecue and outdoor dining area.  

Guests can enjoy the flexibility of renting the main villa as a single eight-bedroom property or as three independent apartments, each with its own kitchen, lounge, and entrance. The additional studio apartment provides even more space and privacy, allowing for a mix of communal areas and private quarters, perfect for multiple families or groups travelling together.

All living areas feature large windows facing the vibrant gardens, filling the space with natural light and gorgeous views. The top-floor front bedrooms, living areas and balconies offer stunning sea views, perfectly positioned for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. 

Our recommended capacity for the full villa is 16-20 people, with a maximum capacity of 22 (this will require one of the living rooms to be converted into a single room). For higher capacities, please get in touch with your requirements to see how the space can be tailored to you.

Bedrooms & Floor Plans

All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite or private bathrooms. Bed linens, bath towels, pool towels and hand towels are all provided for your comfort.

For increased capacity, bedrooms can be reconfigured and/or sofa beds in each living room can added for a small additional fee.

For larger groups, please get in touch with your booking dates and capacity and we will work with you to tailor the space to your needs.
