Designed with comfort, flexibility, and tranquility in mind, our accommodation provides space for up to 30 guests.
Each of our rooms are equipped with en-suite or private bathrooms, making it an ideal setting for group stays. Rooms can be easily configured into twins, triples, or quads, or kept as deluxe private rooms, providing flexible accommodation options to suit your guests' preferences.

Changing with the Seasons…
At Quinta de Lagos, we prioritise sustainable landscaping and water conservation. Due to water restrictions over the summer months, the gardens take a more golden hue compared to the greener winter/spring months. However, our seasonal gardens are designed around indigenous plants that thrive with minimal water, meaning the landscape remains beautiful whilst shifting naturally with the seasons.
Here’s a guide to what you can expect throughout the year.

Cooler days, crisp nights, and mostly blue skies. The occasional rainfall turns the gardens green.

Spring in full bloom. This is when our gardens are at their most vibrant, bursting with colour and life. Spring is rainy season in Portugal, so whilst you will be treated with occasional blue skies and warmer temps, be prepared for heavy rainfall that may last a few days!

What we call our “Goldilocks months”—not too hot, not too cold. The gardens are lush and radiant in May thanks to last month’s rainfall, turning a more golden hue in June as we enter dry season. Enjoy long sunny days and refreshingly cool evenings. A perfect balance.

Peak summer brings high heat and non-stop sunshine. While the lawns may turn golden, our native plants continue to shine—think Mediterranean charm with a warm, arid beauty.

September often offers the best weather of the year. Warm, dry days, clear skies, and cooler evenings. The gardens are drier, but they still glow with rustic, late-summer elegance.

Mild and calm with bright days and the occasional rain. This seasonal refresh brings the gardens back to a lush green, offering a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere.

The Quinta: Main Villa, thoughtfully renovated into three interconnecting apartments and an adjacent Studio. Recommended Capacity 16-20 (Maximum 22)
The Fazenda Cottages: Two semi-detached cottages located just outside the gardens. Available to reserve alongside the Quinta for additional capacity. Total Recommended Capacity 22-26 (Maximum 30)
Gain exclusive access to the private gardens by reserving the whole Quinta, with the option to add the two lower cottages for larger groups.

We offer flexible table setups to host varying group sizes.
Indoor: the top floor and bottom floor of the villa feature spacious living & dining areas, both with adjacent kitchens for easy serving.
Outdoor: the villa boasts a spacious bottom-floor covered patio, and a large upstairs balcony. Both feature large outdoor dining tables and BBQs.

The gardens offer plenty of areas to sit on the grass and host casual workshops and talks under the sun, such as by the ponds, pool, or exercise area.
For more structured spaces, spacious top-floor and bottom-floor living rooms can be optimised for various activities, including rearranging chairs, tables and TVs.
Top- and bottom- floor patios and balconies also provide more structured seating for such activities.
Kitchen & Dining
The main villa features three fully equipped kitchens, giving you the freedom to cook, prep, or simply store snacks at your leisure.
The bottom floor boasts an open-plan kitchen & dining room (pictured) which leads directly on to the patio, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, large fridge/freezer, and plenty of workspace. Further down the hallway is an additional smaller kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and stovetop.
The top floor features a large kitchen with a gas oven, 5-ring gas stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of workspace, with a large living/dining area adjacent.
Fridges can be rearranged to create additional fridge space in your preferred kitchen, depending on your needs.
All necessary kitchenware and crockery are provided.
Housekeeping & Additional Services
As part of your stay, we provide professional cleaning and changeover services, making it easy and stress-free to host multiple groups week after week. All guests are provided with fresh bed linen, extra blankets, bath towels, pool towels, and hand towels.
We’re also happy to offer a tailored landscaping service for the gardens and room reconfigurations, available at an additional fee. Please get in touch for a quote.
